What time should I arrive? You can plan on arriving 15 to 30 minutes before the ceremony starts. The ceremony will take place outdoors on a patio that is up a flight of stairs. There is a wheelchair accessible elevator located on the side of the building you will see as you walk in.
-
Is there a dress code?We like to think of it more as a suggestion and understand how confusing dress codes can be. If you know your attire types, cocktail attire or semi-formal is perfectly fine with us. If you don't know your attire types, men can wear a suit or dress shirt with or without a tie, and ladies can opt for a dress or dressy separates. If you enjoy dressing up, go for it! If comfort is more your style, we support that too. Simply put, we just ask that you dress up and bring your dancing shoes!
-
Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors? The ceremony will be outside. Cocktail hour and the reception will be inside. The venue has a very spacious patio that will be accessible throughout the night.
-
Will transportation be provided? We have arranged transportation to and from the venue from both hotels listed on the travel page. Because we have a room block at two hotels we will be creating a pick-up and drop-off schedule with the shuttle company. If you plan on using the shuttle, please fill out the form on the travel page!
-
Is there parking available?Yes, parking is available at the venue. You are able to leave your car overnight if you need to.
-
